Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Sexto Laboral del Circuito de Bucaramanga y el Juzgado Veinticuatro Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá.
La controversia se fundó en las diferentes interpretaciones que hicieron los despachos involucrados del factor territorial.
La Corte encuentra que el juzgado competente para decidir la acción de tutela es el de Bogotá, en tanto es el lugar donde ocurre la supuesta vulneración de derechos alegada.
Se ordena remitir el expediente a esta autoridad, para que de manera inmediata profiera la decisión de fondo que corresponda.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 28 de febrero de 2019 por el Juzgado Veinticuatro Laboral del Circuito de Bogota dentro de la accion de tutela presentada por Erwin Fabian Ballesteros Florez, en contra del Ministerio de Defensa - Policia Nacional.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-3597 al Juzgado Veinticuatro Laboral del Circuito de Bogota, para que profiera decision de fondo respecto de la referida accion de tutela.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, COMUNICAR a la parte actora y al Juzgado
